What we do
We take a building from empty space to a working sports facility, and then we run it.
Facility development
We look for industrial and commercial buildings with the height, floor area and zoning that indoor courts need. Then we plan the layout, lighting, flooring and court construction, and handle the fit-out.
Facility operation
Once a facility opens, we run it: court booking, memberships, leagues, lessons and events, plus the front desk, cleaning and maintenance that keep the place running well.
Our sports
Padel and pickleball come first. Both are played on small courts, so one building can hold many of them, and both are quick to learn.
We may add other racquet sports later as the business grows.
